Lago
di Lugano
the lake of Lugano is one of the most beautiful landscapes
in southern Switzerland and presented in one video:
Lugano: The old town with
its narrow streets and the busy Via Nassa, the Lungolago-promenade.
Small mountain villages like Ciano
and Carona high above the lake as well as famous places
like Morcote and Gandria
on the beach.
Other attractions are the old village Bissone,
the italian enclave Campione d'Italia,
the churches of Riva San Vitale
and the view from Sighignola.
In the italian part of the lake
Porlezza and other villages have preserved much
of their traditional character.
