Interlaken
and the Jungfrau Region
This video presents one of the most famous regions in
Switzerland: Interlaken
with its traditional hotels and the fascinating view of
the Jungfrau from the Höheweg, Unterseen
with its old houses along the main street, the
village Bönigen on
the lake of Brienz, Beatenberg
situated on a terrace high above the lake of Thoune. By
train via Zweilütschinen the valley of Lauterbrunnen
is reached with such famous places as Mürren,
Wengen and the Schilthorn.
The next pictures show Grindelwald
and its great mountain scenery, the fascinating railway
trip via the Kleine Scheidegg
to the Jungfraujoch, with
exclusive pictures of the view from the stations Eigerwand
and Eismeer as well as the panoramic view from the "Top
of Europe" over mountains and valleys and on the
Aletschgletscher with the famous Konkordiaplatz
